Project - New door to rear garden
A difficult application for something so minor, planning was refused then later approved at appeal.
The building is curtilage listed due to it proximity to Besford court a grade II listed building.
Have done several other application here for replacement windows and new garage doors

2 storey side extension and single storey rear for a new master bed room with ensuite,Sun room, games room,Wc and utility room.
Original submitted with a front gable which would have looked better ,unfortunately the planner didn't agree,still a nice looking extension.
