Lots of problem caused by the planning officer application took 8 month had to go out to consult 3 times, lots of objections from locals, which did not make any difference because the application met all the planning policies set out in the national planning frame work and the planning officer had no choice but to approve the application somewhat reluctantly hence all of the delays.
