The aim of the extension was to create a new bedroom and bathroom above the existing garage
Very straight forwards application planning permission was approved with out any issues
My fee for design, drawing plans and application was £600
plus house holders application fee of £206

Very interesting project to put all the living space on the first floor to make the most of the stunning views of the Cotswold Hills at the rear.
It was a battle with the planners but eventually they saw sense and approved the application.
My fee for design, drawing plans and submitting application £600
